Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Libya are among the Middle Eastern countries that could run out of money in less than five years because of the fall in the oil price, according to the International Monetary Fund. Iraq, Iran, Oman, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Libya and Yemen are most at risk. First, last and always, the world will never run out of coal, oil or natural gas. This is not because of some unlimited supply the public is unaware of or some miraculous regeneration previously unknown to science. Oil reserves in the United Arab Emirates, according to its government, are about 98.63 billion barrels (15.681 × 109 m 3 ), almost as big as Kuwait's claimed reserves. Of the emirates, Abu Dhabi has most of the oil with 92 billion barrels (14.6 × 109 m 3) while Dubai has 4 billion barrels The UAE is not running out of oil anytime soon with reserves of over 100 Billion barrels of oil and a local population of less then one million. With that being said yes Dubai wastes a lot of money on lavish and pointless projects with an ill-concieved plan to make them loss leaders to attract investment in the tourism field.
