I see people on forums and craigslist always talking about trades for certain cars. But I've wondered how they do this, because I've found a car I'm interested in trading for. I'm in Maryland, have the title of the car which is payed off, and the other guys car has a clear title too. I have a used car and I want to trade cars with someone whose car I found on craigslist. We want to trade car to car, no money, and I was wondering what it would take to do that? What do I have to write down under the price I sold it for on the back of the title? What do I have to have written on the bill of sale? Any more information I should know? Thanks!
